Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Subham Bhattacharya ("we") about your use of OrderFlow. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to them.
The service
OrderFlow lets suppliers publish a catalog to business clients they invite, receive purchase orders, and manage those orders. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls who can access it. Owners and admins can invite, suspend and remove users in their workspace.
- If you think your account has been misused, email us at hello@subhambhattacharya.com straight away.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into OrderFlow. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Orders between suppliers and clients
OrderFlow is a tool that suppliers and their clients use to exchange orders. We aren't a party to those orders. Prices, taxes, delivery, payment and any disputes are between the supplier and the client. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their prices and tax rates and for issuing any legally required tax invoices.
Acceptable use
Don't use OrderFlow to break the law, send spam, upload malicious code, try to access other workspaces, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep OrderFlow running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own records of important orders.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from orders between suppliers and clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using OrderFlow at any time. A workspace owner can ask us to close the workspace and delete its data. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect.
