Do my clients need to sign up or pay?
No. You invite each client by email. They choose a password and order from your catalog. Clients can't create accounts on their own.
How is GST worked out?
Each product has its own GST rate. Tax is calculated on every line, rounded to the nearest paisa and shown separately from the subtotal.
What happens to past orders when I change a price?
Nothing. Every order keeps the product name, price and GST rate it was placed with, so past orders and invoices never change.
Is the proforma invoice a tax invoice?
No. Clients can print it or save it as a PDF for their records, and you still issue your own GST tax invoice.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export your orders as a CSV file from your workspace whenever you like.
Who can see my catalog and orders?
Your team sees everything in your workspace. Each client sees your catalog and only their own orders. No other supplier can see your data.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Your workspace and the client portal work in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install.
